We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant who will also handle outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations while actively engaging with leads, clients, and property owners over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including doentation, filing, and record keeping
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, property owners, and leads
Follow up on leads generated through portals, marketing campaigns, and internal databases
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and agent appointments
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and property information
Assist agents with listing uploads on property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
Coordinate with marketing team for listing promotions and updates
Prepare contracts, forms, and basic reports as required
Handle email correspondence and client inquiries professionally
Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
